The 5 Step Journey to Mastering Homeownership
Step 1 – Fill out our qualification form
A Home Helper will contact you within 24 hours if you to move forward.
Minimum criteria for our program is:
$70,000 or more household income (this will affect your purchase price)
Step 2 – Approved
Your Home Helper will let you know how much you are approved for.
Your Home Helper will match you up with a Home Hero Agent to assist with the home-finding process.
Step 3 – Once a house is found
Your Home Helper and the Realtor work to negotiate and finalize the sale agreement.
A Home Inspection is mandatory to ensure that the house is free of major issues and that you can afford to pay for any necessary repairs or improvements that may be needed
Step 4 – Once all Offer Conditions are Waived
You sign your offer/agreement
Step 5 – Move In Day
